Hi Rocky Bowlers. We need to start a new BLOG to do anything around here.
We need to determine if changing the RockyBowl from Thursday Dec 28th to Friday Dec 29th is viable for everyone.
What's the reason you say? Well, some TopCoug and his Good Looking Husky Editor incorrectly published one of the games as the 28th rather than the 27th. So, that leaves only 2 games on the 28th and they appear to be at the same time. And one is on the NFL network of all places... Go figure ...
If we change it to the 29th, we will have the Gaylord Hotels Music Bowl (I can't wait for this one), The Brut Sun Bowl (oh boy), AutoZone Liberty (Rocky's favorite), the Insight Bowl (Can you see me now?), and the Champ Sports Bowl (Husky Neverland). This should give us content for most of the day and take us through the actual half way point of the season.
The BLOG will decide!!!!

Since I cannot attend either, it doesn't make any difference to me. Does that sound like a blond statement?????
However, it seems like it would be more fitting for the Bobbi Breeze Award to go with the 29th.

Two possible reasons for the loss:
1. Embarrassed to wear those ugly ass uni's. (nice helmets, it looked like 11 zits on the field) or,
2. No help from Pac 10 refs in the replay booth.

Well, it looks like there are not major objections to moving the RockBowl to Friday Decmeber 29th! Not that it would have mattered much anyway.
Rocky, let us know how early we can show up at your place and what everyone can bring.
Everyone, please let Rocky know if you can make it so we can plan for the main course accordingly.
The purpose of the RockyBowl is to have fun and pay more attention to bowl games especially like the "Motor Bowl" today which without the Rockybowl would be name "Who Cares Bowl" since most of the Rockybowlers do not even know which states these footballs teams are from.

The party will be set and ready to begin at 4pm and if you would like to come earlier please feel free to since we will be watching football all day and could even use some help. For anyone who will not arrive until late please feel free to do so as this is a come when ever event.
For the newbies please know that cigars are welcome and encouraged and we will spend a lot of time outdoors near a fire pit watching the football game. Please wear something warm but we will have tents should we have rain. (Forcast is for a few showers).
Please bring your own beverages for the party but we will provide dinner for all no matter what time you arrive.
At this time we will be having a meat entree with salads and other tasty courses. If anyone would like to bring a pot luck plate that is ok but is not needed.
I do need to know a head count so please Reply if you will be coming and How many with you. We have had friends (non Rockybowlers) at the party which is ok since this is your party.
Now that we have a full head count of 51 Rockybowlers we have strategized over several half gallons of Rum and have come up with our payouts.

Hey, "RainGear" is starting to move up. She is now in 50th place. By the conclusion of the RockyBowl party she may move all the way up to 49th but more likely back to 51st. I look forward to visiting Rulo Winery and viewing a Toilet seat on the wall describing the great winners of the past Rockybowl tiolet seat.
